Ionic Detox, Should We Perform It?
In today’s chaotic world, its proving harder and harder to maintain ones health as most of us are in fact battling some sort of imbalance within our internal systems and even our lifestyles. The best way to find a healthy balance is to assess each of these mitigating factors and address each one individually. These stressors include: 1. Environmental ” i.e. pollution, EMF exposure, heavy metals, etc. 2. Diet ” unhealthy fast foods rich in fatty acids, sugar, preservatives, sodium, trans fats, etc. 3. Emotional stress (work or home related) 4. Disease or illness 5. Medication or other drugs
