Three Ways to Learn Clairvoyance
Can anyone learn clairvoyance? The truth is that to a certain extent, yes! What exactly is clairvoyance, and what does it mean to try to learn it? This is something that you might want to think about!
First, let’s define the term clairvoyance. There are many different definitions for this term, and it really depends on who you ask. One of the most common definitions is that you need to learn about remove viewing, that is, being able to see things as they happen from a distance without the use of tools or your five senses. It might also be described as the ability to see in the the future, which is referred to as precognition. Essentially, it means being able to know information that is gathered in a method beyond that of your five senses. This makes clairvoyance the elusive sixth sense.
True, some people do have extraordinary clairvoyant abilities, such as the ability to see, hear, feel, smell, or even taste something far away, or even to know things about the past or future that they couldnt possibly know through any other means. No one really know how this works. Science has not been able to document or explain these abilities. Although there are dozens of metaphysical explanations of these psychic abilities, no particular one has emerged as the dominant belief, and some explanations are even contradictory. One common element, however, seems to cut across all these different theories: people with extraordinary psychic abilities are simply born that way.
Can anyone learn to remote viewing or see the future? No. Can anyone learn to develop and hone their sixth sense? Yes.
The truth of the matter is that just about everyone has some measure of a sixth sense. This might come out as a hunch or a feeling that you have. If you have a bad feeling about something or if you realize that you instinctively trust someone, you’ll discover that this that sixth sense. When you ignore it in favor of things like logic or emotion, however, you are going against it.
Science, to a certain degree, even acknowledges the existence and validity of hunches and instincts. Scientists claim, however, that there is nothing supernatural, paranormal, or psychic about this ability. Psychologists, for example, argue that this phenomenon is merely your subconscious mind picking up on little details, hints, and signals that your conscious mind is too busy to notice. Your subconscious mind then translates this information into emotions to help guide you”the proverbial ‘feeling’ mentioned earlier. Therefore, in order to develop your sixth sense, you have to learn to use and trust your subconscious mind.
Whether you believe that clairvoyance is based on brain neurochemistry or innate psychci ability is not something that matters all that much. All you need to accept is that it exists and that everyone has at least a little bit of it. Now all you need to do is to worry about training it up.
Step 1: Look Around
The vast majority of people go through life so hyper-focused on the task at hand that we become oblivious to everything else around us. Yet all these tiny details hidden in plain sight around us is exactly what our subconscious mind picks up on and needs to form its instincts and hunches. If you can learn to increase your perception, to become more aware of the world around you in all of its detail, you’ll being giving your subconscious mind more of the fuel it needs to power your clairvoyant sixth sense.
Remember that you are not going to be able to do this without practice, however. There are definitely things that you can do when you need to increase your perception. Just slow down to begin with. Relax, take deep breaths and try moving around more slowly. Take away any distractions that you might be using to entertain yourself. Take yourself for a drive and leave the radio off. This will make you a lot more aware of the world around you, whether it is simply of your car and your own heartbeat or the world around you and how you are moving in it.
With this step, make sure that you try doing a mini-meditation. All you need to do is to shut your eyes, take a deep breath and force yourself to relax. When your eyes open, you will discover that you are taking in more about your environment, as if you were seeing it for the first time.
Step 2: Meditation
Take at least half a hour out of your day and learn to meditate. You’ll discover that meditation will let you use your mind and clear it at the same time and you’ll discover that this can be a great way to let your subconscious mind out to play. Remember that you are looking to feel more comfortable and more relaxed as you do this.
Of course, meditation is easier said that done. When you sit down and try to think about nothing, suddenly all you can think about is whether or not your thinking about nothing, wondering if your doing this all wrong”and then you’re stuck in an endless circle of thought. The trick to overcoming this problem is to occupy your conscious mind with something to distract it. For this, you need two things: a focus, and a mantra.
Remember that when you want to meditate, your senses can distract you. Every sound that you hear or emotion that you might be experiencing can distract you. What can you focus on? Lots of people start with a candle flame. There is not a lot to see and the flicker of the candle flame gives you something to focus on while staying relatively still. This might be precisely what you need.
Remember that your brain never shuts down, and this is something that can work for you rather than against you. A mantra is a series of words, whether it is a phrase,a poem or a prayer, that you can repeat over and over again. It will let your brain occupy itself while you are meditating and it can trigger a meditative state for you if you practice it firmly enough. Some people will use the prayers that they learned as children while other people will simply use the song lyrics that they love.
Method 3: Just Trust Yourself
Finally, remember that you need to believe in yourself and trust yourself. Don’t doubt and don’t second guess yourself. Don’t say that your gut instincts must be wrong or that they are not important. Remember that the things that you feel, you feel them for a reason. What is your subconscious mind trying to tell you? Don’t let this message get left in the dark as you try to move forward.
At first, this may be difficult. Over time, however, the more you listen to and trust your instincts, the more confidence you will gain in them. Your clairvoyant sixth sense will grow stronger, and it will be easier for you to trust it.
